By visiting our website, placing an order, purchasing a ticket, joining a membership or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Brushes N’ Blunts is intended exclusively for adults who are 21 years of age or older.
By accessing this website, making a purchase, attending an event or booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to attend an event or receive certain services. Anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age may be denied entry or service without a refund.
Brushes N’ Blunts does not knowingly sell products to, collect information from or provide services to anyone under the age of 21.
No Cannabis Included or Sold
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Brushes N’ Blunts does not sell, ship or provide cannabis, marijuana, THC, CBD or any controlled substance through this website.
Our paint kits contain art supplies only. References to cannabis culture are part of our brand identity and creative theme and do not represent the sale or distribution of cannabis.
Customers and event guests are responsible for following all applicable laws, venue rules and event policies.

Product colors, packaging, artwork placement, materials and handmade details may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.
Props, easels, décor, cannabis products, alcohol and display accessories shown in promotional images are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel an order
- Limit product quantities
- Correct pricing or product-description errors
- Request additional information to verify an order
- Cancel suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled product or service.
Discounts, promotional codes and special offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
Event Tickets
Event tickets are valid only for the event, date, time and location shown on the ticket or order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated:
- All ticket sales are final
- All attendees must be 21 or older
- Valid government-issued identification may be required
- Late arrival does not guarantee additional participation time
- Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain
- Admission is subject to venue rules and capacity
- Outside food, beverages, cannabis, alcohol or other substances may be prohibited
- Guests must follow all safety and conduct requirements
Guests may be denied entry or removed for threatening, unsafe, disruptive, unlawful or inappropriate behavior. Removal for misconduct does not qualify for a refund.
Event Changes, Postponements and Cancellations
Brushes N’ Blunts may make reasonable changes to an event’s instructor, artist, DJ, sponsor, venue layout, schedule, activity or programming.
If an event is postponed, the original ticket will generally remain valid for the rescheduled date.
If Brushes N’ Blunts cancels an event, customers may receive a refund, transfer or event credit as communicated for that specific event.
If an event is affected by weather, venue restrictions, government orders, emergencies, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control, tickets may be transferred to a new date or converted into credit where permitted by law.
Travel, lodging, parking, childcare and other personal expenses are not reimbursable.
Private Events and Brand Activations
Private-event pricing, deposits, guest requirements, travel charges, cancellation terms, payment deadlines and deliverables may be governed by a separate proposal, invoice or booking agreement.
A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been received.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are nonrefundable because the date is removed from availability and preparation may begin immediately.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate attendance numbers
- Paying balances by the required deadline
- Providing a safe and accessible event space
- Following venue rules
- Securing any required permissions
- Providing timely access for setup and breakdown
- Informing us of important changes before the event
Additional charges may apply when guest counts, locations, timing, materials or event requirements change after booking.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Memberships and subscription products may renew automatically when disclosed at checkout.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Brushes N’ Blunts or its payment provider to charge the payment method on file according to the selected billing schedule.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing or processing date. Once a monthly shipment has entered processing or has shipped, that month’s payment is nonrefundable.
Canceling a membership stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund previous payments.
Intellectual Property
The Brushes N’ Blunts name, logo, website, photographs, graphics, product designs, paint-kit concepts, card-game content, event materials, artwork, written copy and other original content are owned by or licensed to Brushes N’ Blunts.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify or commercially use our content without written permission.
Purchasing a product or attending an event does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, trademark or intellectual-property rights.
Customer Content and Event Media
When you voluntarily tag Brushes N’ Blunts, submit a review, send us photographs or videos or provide a testimonial, you confirm that you have the right to share that content.
You may give us permission to repost or use submitted content for promotional, social-media or marketing purposes.
Photography and video recording may take place at public Brushes N’ Blunts events. By attending, you may appear in event photographs or videos. Where reasonably possible, guests who do not want to be photographed should notify event staff upon arrival.
To request the removal of customer-submitted content from future promotional use, email brushesnblunts@gmail.com.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Misrepresent your age or identity
- Attempt to interfere with the website’s security
- Copy or resell our designs without permission
- Harass staff, vendors, artists or guests
- Create an unsafe environment at an event
- Violate venue rules or applicable laws
- Use our products or services for unauthorized commercial purposes
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order or remove a guest who violates these rules.
Art Materials and Personal Property
Participation in art activities may involve paint, brushes, water, tools and other materials that can stain clothing, furniture or personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for protecting their clothing and property and following all safety instructions.
Brushes N’ Blunts is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or stained personal belongings except where required by law.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Products, services and website content are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Brushes N’ Blunts does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brushes N’ Blunts is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website, products, services or event participation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
